The proof copy arrived much earlier than I expected, (yay!) so I took some quick photos with my phone to give everyone a sneak peak. There were some minor edits that needed to be made, but I definitely think the book should be ready in time for International Lolita Day.
Uwaaa, looks freakin' AWESOME~!! ;u;
ReplyDelete^ This.
DeleteLooks great!
ReplyDeleteLooking good. And thick. :D
ReplyDelete115 pages total. :)
DeleteIf possible I think it should be edited to say "not-for-profit"or "not for resale" on the copyrights page if there is one (like where you put the year, the thank you and publisher). Each artist should be able to enjoy it and give one to their families/friends but being able to sell it would be unfair.
ReplyDeleteIt's actually interesting you mentioned that; I was planning on buying two and one would be a gift for a lolita themed contest I might do in the future. But good point! :D
DeleteSQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE This looks so good :D I can't wait! I forgot to ask a while back, would the artists recieve a copy?
ReplyDeleteI will be emailing out a high-res PDF copy to each artist, but you will have to buy your own physical copy. Lulu is a print-on-demand service so unfortunately I didn't even receive a free proof copy. I'll probably have purchased at least 3 copies of this book personally in the revision process. XP
Deleteno problem :D I'll probably ask for it for my birthday ^^ looking forward to the hi-res one :3
Deleteso beautiful! :D
